Teaching with the use of ipads is both a challenge and a natural "next step". The possibilities are endless and properly used can lead to an added value in teaching and leraning.

This is a fantastic idea. I would love to be bale to implement this with my teen counseling groups, I think it would defiantly help with keeping there attention. My only qualms would be with the cost of implementing this.

I think it's today, with advanced technology and would be a sadness too pass up, can we teach everything with this tool, I never thought that this device could become so necessary and invaluable lake for us, initially started with some music , games and entertainment, but later found its use as a powerful technology to benefit through their tools in areas such as education staff. excellent, thanks

It seems ironic that your video on how to teach with the iPad - requires flash to view. You can't view a video that requires flash on the iPad.

Hello, Bob: True true. We could have output the video in other ways...or at least transcoded... Good thing you were using something else. :P

The high school that I work for has been actively buying ipads for teachers and administrators. I am very excited to get mine very soon. There are lots of things that a teacher can do with them in order to enhance learning and be more productive. I am excited that the price of them will go down so that students will also be able to be outfitted with the ipads and it will make things much cheaper since we will not have to buy textbooks. It is a very exciting time to be a teacher, technology in our field is taking off.

Using an iPad for teaching gives a lot of freedom to the teacher/lecturer. I am sure that one day, not only will all teachers have an iPad in class for teaching but also students will all have an iPad each during class.

It's amazing what you can do with an iPad. When you consider they have only been out for a few years you begin to wonder what you will be able to do with them in the future
